Exhibitor Information

tradeshow graphicExhibitors will have a unique opportunity to present their products and services to an audience of recreation and wildlife planners and decision-makers. Booths will be located for high visibility throughout the conference.

Set Up: Monday, May 12, starting at 3:00 p.m.

Tear Down: Friday, May 16, by 12 noon

 

Display Space Exhibitors

Exhibitors will have the opportunity for extended conversations with NARRP and OWP members, prospective members, and other registrants, along with these specific benefits:

  • one conference registration

  • one 4’ x 10’ booth space in the main registration area

  • recognition on the conference website

  • recognition in conference handouts, on the sponsor sign placed at the entrance to the event, and in announcements made throughout the conference

  • sponsor ribbons to wear during the entire conference.

Cost: $500

 

Table-Top Exhibitors

If you’d like to put materials and printed information in the hands of our attendees, this is the option for you. The cost includes one half of a 6’ skirted table that will be placed against a wall. You send the materials and we’ll display them for you. (Left over materials will be returned only if the exhibitor provides a postage-paid envelope or box.)
