Conference Registration

Full conference fees includes all conference activities on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. One-day registration is available for each of these days as well. A reduced full conference rate is offered to students.

Some meals are included as part of the conference fee…they include snacks/drinks for conference breaks, the Tuesday awards luncheon, the Wednesday evening banquet, and the Thursday group lunch. Hors d’oeuvres will be provided at the Monday evening welcome social and the Tuesday evening cracker barrel. Each day of the conference, early morning service will include fresh sliced fruit, an assortment of muffins & Danishes, juices, coffee, and tea. For meals on your own…the DoubleTree Hotel is located within easy walking distance of Missoula’s diverse selection of downtown restaurants. Or you can enjoy northwest specialty foods and wines at the DoubleTree Hotel’s new Finn and Porter restaurant which offers a relaxing setting with a wonderful view of the adjacent Clark Fork River.

Each of the two pre-conference workshops is $95, and pre-registration is required. These workshops will be cancelled if a minimum number of participants have not registered by April 25th, 2008. Workshop fees will be fully refunded if the workshops are cancelled.

Guests of conference attendees are welcome to participate in the Tuesday awards luncheon, Wednesday afternoon field trips, Wednesday evening banquet, and the Thursday group lunch for an additional fee.

The conference registration fees do NOT include NARRP or OWP membership. Membership forms for both NARRP and OWP will be provided at the conference for your convenience.

EARLY REGISTRATION IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED! Please register by April 1st to receive the early registration full conference rate. Also, due to limited meeting space, the number of conference registrants will be limited to 175 people...so register and book your room early to secure your place at this important conference event!

Registration fees are transferable if you are unexpectedly unable to attend the conference. All conference fees will be fully refunded in the unlikely event the conference is cancelled.
