Sponsorship Opportunities
Conference Sponsors
Sponsors will receive recognition for their financial support and generosity in several ways. All conference sponsors will receive the following:

logo on the conference website,
-
recognition in conference handouts, on the sponsor sign, and in announcements made during the event sponsored at the conference,
-
sponsor ribbons to wear during the entire conference.
Additional benefits provided to sponsors by sponsorship level (in addition to those listed below):

$1,000: 1 table top display space.

$2000: 1 conference registration fee and table top display space
-
$3000-$5000: 2 conference registration fees and table top display space
Program Sponsor
Sponsorship Amounts: $300, $500 or $1,000
Program sponsorship slots of $300, $500, or $1000 will to help support development and delivery of a top-notch conference program by sponsoring the costs of:

registration fees for speakers and students who otherwise would not be able to attend this event.
-
printing of the symposium final program.
-
creation and distribution of the final Conference Proceedings.
Conference Hospitality Suite
Sponsorship Amounts: $200 or $500
The hospitality room sponsors will enjoy the benefits listed above and may have a small display in the hospitality room.
NARRP/OWP Awards Luncheon
Sponsorship Cost: $2,000
Sponsor food and beverage service for joint OWP and NARRP Awards luncheon. Includes OWP presentation of the Weikel Memorial Award and President's Award, as well as NARRP's National Recreation Resource Leadership, Distinguished Service, and Excellence in Planning awards. Two sponsorship opportunities of $1000 ea. or single sponsor for $2000 available. Sponsor(s) will enjoy the benefits listed above and the following:

two tickets to the Awards Luncheon

specific recognition by conference hosts at Luncheon
Live Auction Reception
Sponsorship Amounts: $1,000 or $2,000
One of the high points of the annual conference is the exciting live auction event. Up to three sponsors will enjoy the benefits listed above and the following:

a five-minute presentation during the auction,
-
two tickets to the Annual Banquet and Live Auction.
Conference Shirt
Sponsorship Cost: $2,500
Send your organization’s name home with every conference participant on a Planners' Rendezvous 2008 conference shirt.
All-Conference Banquet Sponsorship
Sponsorship Cost: $5,000
Certainly one of the most remembered events of each conference is the annual banquet, this year being held at a local venue in downtown Missoula. The sponsor will enjoy the benefits listed above and the following:

a five-minute presentation during the auction,
-
two tickets to the Annual Banquet and Live Auction, and
-
one free exhibit booth.
