Hotel: Doubletree Hotel. Located 8 miles east of the airport. A block of rooms has been reserved for attendees of the conference at a special event rate starting at $73.00 a night. Reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis until the group block is sold out, so book early to take advantage of the preferred rate!

In the event the block of conference rooms at the Doubletree Hotel is sold out, the following is a list of nearby hotels within easy walking distance of the conference site: Holiday Inn Parkside (1-800-399-0408), Holiday Inn Express Riverside (406-549-7600), Thunderbird Hotel (406-543-7251), and the Campus Inn (406-549-5134). It will be important to book a room early at these locations too…because the 31st International Wildlife Film Festival is being held in Missoula the same week as the conference.

Hotel Shuttle Service: The DoubleTree Hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the Missoula International Airport.
